  High end, high quality eveyrthing .. every square inch was spotless and well appointed with quality decor. My wife deserved , beccause she was confined to quaters nursing me post a knee replacement,my searching for an above average accommoddation close to our Kanata duaghter & young family. She loved it all including the fitness centre and she has high standards. THe hot tub seemed to be good for my recovering knee.and I had a steak sanwhich that was amazing And hang on to that staff door greeter, desk , fitness centre and lunch lounge wait staff, THey could not have been better. Thanks for a very pleasnat stay.I hope that we get back! Gord Leach.....

  The Jazz Bar and the clean beds and the spacious bathroom.

  Location is a bit far from anything and they are not as dog friendly, even if dogs are allowed - there's a no barking policy, which is ludicrous, a $25 per night fee for the dog (ours is a toy poodle....), and no rooms on the first, second, or third floors, so no possibility of getting out of the room conveniently to take the dog for his business or a walk.

  My son and I came to Ottawa for the Toronto Maple Leafs game. We liked that the Leafs stayed at your hotel and that the Montreal Canadians did as well.

  I understand that security's job is to keep fans from disrupting the hockey player/guests but some security personnel were a bit over zealous. There should be a better balance between access (by children in particular) and not imposing on the players.

  Very nice rooms beds were super comfy very nice got to see some leaf players as well

  Took way to long to get our room. It says check inn at 4 but we waited almost 2 hours to get into the room not convenient at all as we were going to the hockey game and came in from toronto so a bit of a pain having to kill 2 hours and needing to get ready for the game.

  Fitness facilities were great. Room was spacious and immaculate

  Hotel staff were pleasant but not overly helpful. Took a long time to get checked in- front desk had to send bellman to some other building to find confirmation fax etc. Wondering if this is a Booked.net issue or hotel problem.

  The staff were a pleasure to deal with and helpful when asked.

  When booking our accommodations I was not made aware of the fact that the dining facilities were under renovations and not open for the patrons to enjoy an excellent sit down meal.

  The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impeccable and very comfortable. Loved the fact that it's a heated pool with salty water and not chlorine. Because of the location of the hotel you have access to differents commodities near by - very practical specially when you are not familiar with the area.

  On the low side the wifi in the room was an extra charge.
